Daniel works at O Hotel’s Bar | Kitchen on Saturdays and Mondays. He’s also at Playa.
Ask him to make you something with Fernet! Or Mezcal! Or well, anything. Pictured above is a beer & mezcal cocktail. It was quite a show when he swirled beer down a barspoon into the Collins glass and tapped the bottom of the glass with a wooden pestle.

Daniel is now at Bar | Kitchen Friday through Mondays. BK will be open on Sundays starting next month. Catch him at Playa Wednesdays and Thursdays.
