Find Davidson Fernie at La Descarga on Friday and Saturday nights. He’s also at Harvard & Stone most other nights (Sunday through Wednesdays) with occasional shifts at Playa. Look for him at the new Pour Vous opening next month September.
I first met Dave at Test Kitchen where he’s come to gradually know my style of cocktail (brown, bitter, stirred). He always has a new whiskey cocktail to introduce to me. Quite a few of the cocktails are recipes from well-known New York cocktail bars. I love that he’s so well-versed. A recent favorite was the Americano.
